I've noticed fewer mosquitoes around in the evenings, though it doesn't eliminate them entirely. It's quiet—no startling zaps—and the double-sided design seems to attract bugs from multiple angles. Assembly was straightforward: just stake it in the ground. The plastic and ABS construction feels durable enough for outdoor use. One downside: the solar panel needs direct sunlight to charge fully; on cloudy days the battery runs out faster. Also, the coverage area isn't huge—I'd say it works best for a small patio or balcony. For $24.69, it's a decent eco-friendly alternative to plug-in zappers, but don't expect it to clear a large yard.
