Assembly was straightforward with two people, as recommended. It holds my coffee cup and phone easily, but the 50-pound weight limit means no heavy loads. The plastic handle feels a bit cheap, but overall it's a solid value for the price. Just wish the height was adjustable, but it works well for my setup.
