Our take
I chose this futon mattress for the extra thickness compared to my old one. At 8 inches, it's noticeably more comfortable for sleeping. The corduroy cover is cozy and has a non-slip bottom, which keeps it in place on the floor. It's breathable, so it doesn't get too warm. However, it's still a floor mattress, not a real sofa. The 76-inch length is slightly shorter than standard full size, so taller people may find it cramped. For lounging and occasional guests, it works well. But for daily use as a couch, it lacks back support.
